Scandic Supply employees
You are agency worker of Scandic Supply and you represent Scandic Supply in the service of our client company, at
our client’s premises and under the client’s work management and supervision. Your responsibilities include
dressing appropriately and equipping yourself for the assigned work, as well as acting in accordance with the client
company’s rules, instructions and good manners.
Working time is determined according to the customer company’s shift plans. Workplace is determined by our
client company. Our employee works under the customer’s management, which means that he is also obliged to
report business deviations, e.g. changes in working hours, equipment and damages. Occupational safety deviations
must also be reported immediately to the customer company and to Scandic Supply’s contact person.
Work clothes and safety shoes are provided by Scandic Supply unless otherwise agreed. Work clothes will be at the
level required by the job, which is always evaluated for each employee and work site separately. The employee is
personally responsible for ensuring that the work accessories are appropriate in relation to the job and in a
representative condition. At the end of the employment relationship, the employee is obliged to return the given
work clothes to Scandic Supply. Otherwise, Scandic Supply is entitled to withhold compensation according to the
fair value of the unreturned work clothes.
Occupational health care and insurance
You are agency worker of Scandic Supply and you represent Scandic Supply in the service of our client company, at
our client’s premises and under the client’s work management and supervision. Your responsibilities include
dressing appropriately and equipping yourself for the assigned work, as well as acting in accordance with the client
company’s rules, instructions and good manners.
In cases of illness, the employee must contact MediFin Healthcare Oy’s customer service, where instructions will
be given on a case-by-case basis. In the event of an accident at work or an injury on the way to work, contact your
supervisor immediately and apply for treatment at the nearest MediFin Healthcare Oy office. The employee must
notify Scandic Supply’s contact person and the customer company’s management of the sick leave without delay
before the start of the agreed work shift.
Sick pay is paid for confirmed work shifts. The condition for sick leave compensation is a sick leave certificate
issued by a doctor or occupational health nurse submitted to payroll.
Damages must always be reported and reported in accordance with the customer’s instructions. In the event of a
damage, whether it is equipment or goods to be handled, you must immediately contact the customer company’s
management and Scandic Supply’s contact person.
Report the accident to the customer company’s management and Scandic Supply’s contact person without delay.
In the event of an accident, you should immediately seek treatment at the nearest private hospital and try to avoid
further damage in every way.
When you arrive at the hospital of your choice, state: your employer, your insurance company and your name.
Accidents must always be reported to the insurance company in accordance with Scandic Supply’s instructions. As
our employee, you are insured for occupational accidents in OP Insurance.
Appearing under the influence of intoxicants at the workplace can lead to immediate termination of employment.
In all our workplaces, we observe zero tolerance for intoxicants.
At the end of the employment relationship
We will deliver the work certificate to you using the delivery method you requested. If you need a salary
certificate, it is always delivered on a separate request. At the end of the employment relationship, the employee
must return all property of Scandic Supply and the client company as a condition for paying the final account. The
value of lost or destroyed property is deducted from the last salary.
